Thus begins a new arc! I love this entire episode. It has just the right amount of comedy, action, and plot. The way the fights were done was so amazing. I love the whole premise of a kind of cadet training arc. It's so, this isn't even like the start of the training, it's just like a preliminary round of weeding out the participants. So good! And I loved how we saw more fights using abilities. It's such a nice way to show various different abilities that exist. Overall, great episode!
Not even one day and we're already straight into action to "train" or "test" the new rookies - at least give us some time to get used to the setting! MC already formed a group which might come handy later on. We still do not know them but it's gonna be good for a tactics segment on how they're gonna deal with the masked people.
The music is fire in this episode and fight was really cool. That action with the masked squad was really badass. It reminded me of Akatsuki in Naruto. I think Lin Qiye has a lot more up his sleeve, though. Very cool episode.
