Episode Context

Episode 4 established the Lieza Village investigation when Eevin revealed that rescued elves directed to the sanctuary were mysteriously disappearing, setting a slow-burn sense of dread. Episode 5 pays that setup off by pushing the crisis underground and functioning as the climax of this short investigative arc. Resolving this storyline positions the season to shift focus back to Arc's longer-term quest toward the curse-curing spring.
