The long, technical process of curing and smoking pig's meat into bacon is treated with the gravity of a funeral and the joy of a feast. When Hachiken shares the food, he isn't just feeding his friends; he’s processing his grief. It’s a beautiful a episode.

Am I the only one who cried over Pork Bowl here?? 😭 I didn’t fully agree with Hachiken’s decision, but then again, Pork Bowl is farm livestock, not a pet. His choice really shows how much he’s grown and how everything he’s learned has shaped him.
