I really thought Eri had him figured out after the last episode, but he just pivots into even more extreme behavior. It is actually wild how this old man manages to stay two steps ahead while being a total creep. The way he takes over the manager role is just unsettling to me and the dormitory scenes in this part were particularly intense.
