This episode feels like a wild roller-coaster ride. The background music, the dialogue, and the tension perfectly executed this episode. Then, a sense of despair, yet also a sense of satisfaction, really comes through in this episode.

They really know how to build hype for a penultimate episode. I didn't expect that they could make me bawl more than I already have for the past episodes, but this takes the cake

The visuals, the animation, the dialogue, the voice acting, my tears won’t stop T^T this episode is amazing

This entire episode was so stressful and so heavy but also the pacing is perfect 😭 and the writing too, they made fate so cruel and I hate it but the execution was 💯

I still cant believe Ruri is gone and that vision of them as kids was so mean to show right before she died

my eyes actually started watering when Ruri gave that last smile to Azami and seeing her spirit power just drift away like feathers was too much

Nadeshiko turning the whole forest into a massive garden was the coolest thing and Rindo kneeling to her at the end really got me

The way Rindo just lost it and started hacking away when he thought Nadeshiko was in that suitcase was terrifying and seeing him look at his bloody hands afterward really showed how much he broke in that moment

The way Ruri died to protect her sister was a total gut punch and seeing her spirit energy just drift away like feathers broke my heart after everything they went through to stay together

The transformation into the Agent of Autumn was incredible and it made the whole wait for her rescue feel worth it even if the enemy guards just stood there like idiots

I actually cried when Rindo saw that suitcase open and thought Nadeshiko was dead. His voice actor went so hard during that breakdown and the way he just started hacking at those guys was terrifying

Itecho finally talking to Sakura was a nice break from all the death and chaos in the forest. It ended on such a scary note with the city burning though

Nadeshiko turning the whole forest into a massive autumn garden to crush those guards was such a powerful visual shift and it really sold the idea of her becoming the agent of autumn

Rindo kneeling and calling himself her prince again was such a bittersweet callback to their childhood, and it really shows he cares about the girl more than the goddess she became

Hinagiku looked so pale and terrified in that final shot at the building. It feels like her trauma is just never going to let her have a moment of peace especially with that fire

Rosei buying a bike off a random guy on the street was the only thing that made me laugh because everything else about this rescue was just pure misery for Rindo and Azami

Misuzu is bad but the gods are clearly the real villains here because the way they treat the agents is beyond messed up and I can't believe they just appointed a replacement while Ruri was still warm on the ground. The city cliffhanger with Sakura and Hinagiku has me stressed out since the scale of that attack looks way bigger than everything else we saw

Watching Azami hold Ruri while her spirit energy just drifted away was gutting, and that vision of them as kids made the whole scene feel so much more personal and painful
