The background music truly makes this episode feel incredibly tense and heart-wrenching. Furthermore, can't feel any sympathy for the villain because she's so disgusting. But, this episode's ending is quite satisfying.

I couldn't take it when both Hinagiku and Sakura starts breathing heavily at the end. That flashback was heart-breaking... Oh babies, I can feel your pain too T^T

This is the most stressful watch for this entire season omg I had to sit in silence for 10 minutes to process things... But the storytelling and dialogue is as amazing as always

The themes here are much more intense than the last. And it's crazier that as the episode goes on, the heavier the themes become. You'll be thinking "it can't get worse than this, right? 🥲" But lo and behold...

I am actually shaking after that massive cherry blossom tree burst through the roof and Hinagiku finally reclaimed her own life from that monster Misuzu

Seeing the way Misuzu treated Hinagiku like a literal doll for eight years made my skin crawl, and it really puts all her current pain into perspective. It was hard to watch but seeing her finally shatter that mental prison because of Sakura's voice felt so earned. I really hope Misuzu gets what is coming to her after everything she did.

Itecho using his fan to make a literal ice bridge over the city traffic was the coolest thing ever and it shows he is finally ready to protect Hinagiku

You really have to wonder how the Agency even stays open when their guards carry nothing but handguns and bad attitude. Those traitors walked right in like they owned the place and it makes you mad

I finally saw Hinagiku just lose it and that pink tree magic was so massive. It felt like ten years of pain exploding at once and I loved every second of her finally snapping back

The villain is absolutely terrifying because of how she manipulated Hinagiku for years, but the Agency is doing a terrible job if they let their building get rigged with explosives this easily. You have to wonder what they even do all day when terrorists are bribing half the staff and taking over the lobby while the Agents are completely cornered.

Watching Hinagiku fall to her knees during the hallucination was hard to watch but it made her standing up and glowing with pink light even more satisfying and she finally stopped being a doll

That massive flower tree growing out of the skyscraper looked incredible and WIT studio really went all out on the animation to show how powerful Hinagiku is when she finally snaps

I got chills seeing the sonic shockwave hit the city and the motorcycle speeding through the streets was intense plus the cherry blossoms at the end were breathtaking

Watching Gozen force Hinagiku to grow poppies was so uncomfortable and the whole thing feels like trauma porn because they are just piling it on to make the villain look evil

That motorcycle entrance from Itecho and Rose was incredible and seeing the ice ramp launch them into the skyscraper was the best part of the whole chase

Flashbacks of Hinagiku being treated like a literal doll were sickening and Gozen is such a monster for what she did to a child since no amount of tragic backstory makes up for it

I really felt for Sakura when she was trying to protect Hinagiku with that tiny knife, even though she was terrified herself. It was such a sweet moment before the seasonal power took over.

The Agency needs to fire their entire security team because getting infiltrated this easily is embarrassing and letting mercenaries plant bombs all over the building while the Agents are inside is just total incompetence

I was shaking when the cherry blossoms filled the screen and she finally broke away from those awful hallucinations of Gozen and that tree of light looked so beautiful

EPISODE CONTEXT

Two episodes from the finale, Episode 12 arrives after the revelations of Episode 11 have already shifted the ground beneath the central relationship. Rather than accelerating immediately, it takes deliberate stock of where Kayo and Himedaka stand, deepening the emotional stakes before the narrative commits to its endgame. What unfolds here feeds directly into Episode 13, where the season's momentum is expected to escalate sharply toward the climax.
