Okay, the writing took some questionable turns with the main cast not thinking of a plan well through. The animation is still great, same for the music.
Kai such an evil and cunning person. Kazusa you better run girl! Also, the gang's plan is so stupid. Of course, you would be seen if you are flying in an area where everyone can see you lmao. They better be planning more strategically if they want to really collect all the jewels especially when Kai is after their asses.
Boy, what were they thinking. Instead of setting up a rendezvous point, a drop off point, or hell leading their pursuers into a trap they lead them back to their base of operations aka their spaceship, knowing full well they were being tracked. The initial plan was ingenious, but with one fatal flaw they had Kou play the part of the thief, yeah sure use the kid with a hit out for his arrest as the decoy at a military base no less. Why didn't they use the cover of the forest floor as cover, why fly over the canopy to be seen as an easy target?
