Coming in blind after finishing S2, I expected chaos—but this season ep hits different. This opens like a troll and pivots hard into legit hype. I’m already sold on Sunraku’s unhinged gamer energy—dude treats games like war. Definitely hooked, keep watching.

First episode is so funny . Kicking the face of the npc is one of the peak of the game lol. Trying out the Worldwide god tier game is so fire

I guess it surprised me that one of the opening scenes ended up a typical morning at school when it opened with an interesting scene. The protagonist, Rakuro, has a unique thing about him where he specifically seeks bad games to play. His journey in handling a proper kamigame should prove to be interesting as he sounds like a unique experience seeker.

We are inroduced to one of the most unique gamer in anime. With top notch animation and choreography you can feel that this is gonna be a high adrenaline anime. The dialogues are clear and concise for easy understanding without becoming to boring. An anime for hardcore gamers.

Seeing sunraku skip the intro and jump straight into a high level area is the most gamer thing ive ever seen. Kudos to its creator i think they actually played mmo games seeing how they executed the first episode. very accurate 🔥🔥

Seeing how his skills translated from trash games to Shangri La Frontier made me really want to see how they would continue to help him in the game.

this is just like SAO but if they don't take itself seriously. the episode started with a kick on the face (literally) and sunraku's motivation as a gamer is baffling for all the chaotic reasons. if you like open world RPG, this anime is for you

Awesome show - more of a 'feel good' highly entertaining watch than an intense, high stakes story.

If you fell in love SAO then SHANGRI-LA_FRONTIER is the show for you. If you need a SAO fix look no further join Sunraku as he take on one of the greatest games of all time.

We follow gamer Sunraku who is obsessed with bad games, tries a good game for a change. Though it is almost like Sword Art Online, this anime is different due to how Sunraku uses his game knowledge to his advantage and going the unconventional way. Would recommend.
