EPISODE REVIEWS
Lain gets a device upgrade that changes how she interacts with the Wired. This episode is super slow, but the vibes are eerie, glitchy, lowkey unsettling the whole time. She starts noticing weird overlaps between online and real life. Not action-heavy but mood-oriented.
The abstract ideas are starting to click. Lain's pull toward the Wired is making sense. What she can't find in real life, she looks for in the cyberspace. The episode shows how identity shifts between real life and the internet was ahead of its time then, and still relevant now.
Okay now it’s starting to hit different. The Wired isn’t just background anymore—it’s messing with reality. Lain feels more layered here. Slight confusion but that’s kinda the point, still very watchable ⚡
