EPISODE CONTEXT
Episode 7 follows directly from the squad formation in 'New Family,' transitioning from roster assembly into the team's first real operational test under pressure. The internal conflicts and personality clashes established here — particularly between Yūichirō and Mitsuba — lay critical groundwork for the cohesion the squad will desperately need heading into the 'First Extermination' arc. With five episodes remaining, this is the pivot point where individual fighters must start becoming a functional unit.
