Episode 1 of The World's Strongest Rearguard is a generic isekai premiere that does nothing to stand out from the crowd. The animation is weak, the writing is shallow, and the protagonist is forgettable. The "entire company gets reincarnated" angle could have been interesting, but the show doesn't use it for anything.
