Seikatsu Shuukan The Animation
Oshimeter
Synopsis
Treated like dirt by his three younger sisters, Shuntarou has brought a lot of it on himself. He's not exactly a model older brother. But his one genuine wish is simple: he wants to know what it's like to have a caring older sister instead of the ones he got. Then a mysterious video game appears on his computer called 'Experience Having an Older Sister for a Week,' and the next thing he knows, the family dynamic has completely flipped — he's younger, and his sisters are now his elders. The premise sounds like a wish-fulfillment fantasy, and that's exactly what it leans into, exploring how those relationships shift when the power structure gets inverted. It's a short ride at two episodes, adapted from a manga by studio Seven, so it doesn't overstay its welcome. The fantasy framing keeps things grounded in a specific setup rather than just dropping you into chaos. If you've watched something like Oni Chichi or Ane Yome Quartet and liked the sibling-dynamic angle wrapped in a light fantasy hook, this covers similar ground. Fans of Ane Naru Mono who appreciate when these stories at least gesture toward an actual concept will find the video game framing a decent enough excuse to build the scenario. It's a contained, straightforward OVA that knows what it is and delivers on its premise without much padding.
