This one gets a higher rating than last episode because of Merlin 🥰 anyways, everything before Sybils segment was pretty bad if you ask me. A lot of things still make no sense to me and it feels both rushed and slow at the same time. Once Sybil came into the picture it was like they suddenly had better writers lol. I got teary eyed when I saw Merlin crying 😢.

The main character tends to underestimate himself too much, but it doesn’t really hurt the story. Overall, it’s pretty interesting.

Episode Context

As the final episode of 12, this follows the high-energy momentum of Episode 11's 'Lloyd Flies!', where Lloyd showcased his growing abilities, and pivots sharply into introspection, grounding the season's conclusion in emotional reality rather than escalation. It serves as both a culmination of Lloyd's journey from rejected party member to self-aware adventurer and a foundation for potential future developments. The season ends by reinforcing its core theme: true strength begins with understanding your own weaknesses.
