Episode Context

Sitting at the tail end of the first third of the season, episode 9 follows the emotional fallout from earlier episodes that explored first experiences and heartbreak, now zeroing in on how Harima processes rejection through creative expression. This marks a pivotal shift toward deeper character work for Harima specifically, laying groundwork for his manga ambitions and personal growth that will thread through the rest of the season. The comedic misunderstandings seeded here continue to compound as the love polygon grows more tangled in the episodes ahead.
