Episode four gives us Sanda's first actual fight, he's defininitely more in control of his power but he's still too afraid to hurt anyone. The animation is good, and the pacing is fast during action scenes but reserved when needed.

That was one interesting episode. The headmaster was creepy as usual. Liked how Sanda came to his own conclusions with his whole monologue. Absolute tank of a man, some stuff was a bit unnecessary, God-pa!

The first part of episode four was so amusing, everything that happened at Ono's funeral was so funny. The scene near the end felt really heartwarming, especially the way Shiori seemed to see Santa Claus as someone dependable.

It’s hilarious, Sanda! Everyone can see your nude body with that built figure. It’s funny because you look like a God😂.

This episode is more action oriented with the main focus being Yasuida vs Santa, we also gets bits and pieces on worldbuilding on the strange customs on the world of Sanda

The action was really strong in this episode. the fight got so crazy that sanda lose his clothes. that moment was funny but the battle still felt intense.

The Santa-hunter acts tough, but their 1v1 fight is just a series of unlucky blunders lmao! They literally crash through the ceiling into a funeral hall mid-fight—absolute cinema 😂 And now Fuyumura suddenly has a crush on the old man Santa? I can't even!

This one hits again, the tension comes back strong and the interactions feel more serious. Sanda feels more unpredictable here which makes it more engaging. A bit dramatic, but it works for the tone. Yeah this keeps you watching 😤

EPISODE CONTEXT

Sitting at the one-third mark of a 12-episode run, Episode 4 builds directly on Episode 3's introduction of Santa's lie-detecting powers and his resulting internal fractures, pushing those conflicts into physical and psychological confrontation. The funeral setting and the clash with Yagiuda represent a tonal turning point where the series transitions from setup to escalation. This episode lays critical groundwork for the mid-season stretch, introducing Special Investigation Unit dynamics and deepening the identity crisis that will likely define Santa's trajectory going forward.
