Episode two expands upon the bond Fuyumura and Sanda have, despite acting like a psycho she really cares about him just like he cares about fulfilling his promise. The animation is a not as good as the last episode but it's still pretty good.

Well, the action is definitely at its peak, and the newly introduced characters are lowkey a little disturbing. Maybe bro needs to stop transforming out in the open.

It's interesting how Sanda Kazushige's personality is slowly changing because he transformed into Santa Claus. The headmaster already gives me the creeps, his design is absolutely unsettling.

Oh no! Amaya discovers Sanda's secret. Sanda uses his mysterious abilities to escape, but a powerful new figure suddenly appears, forcing him into a fight.

okay this is just weird, it is weird how they are treating the kids at the academy. This is new for an anime. hmmm

I did not expect that power during the fight. it was fun watching him try to control it. the battle was actually really enjoyable.

This episode is more of a world building episode, it introduces the dystopian world of Sanda which is a surprising setting for an anime about Santa Claus. Minimal action but still enjoyable to watch

MC sneaks the girl into his messy dorm hahaha! Sanda's inner monologue sounds exactly like an old man now. His roommate is super sus, figures out his secret, and zaps them! Then we meet the creepy 92-year-old Headmaster villain. The stakes are already high!

This episode pushes the tension hard, things start getting uncomfortable in a good way. The characters feel more layered already and the atmosphere stays heavy. Some moments feel abrupt, but it keeps you locked in. Yeah this gets serious fast 😳

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off a premiere that established Sanda's transformation and the show's central premise, episode two shifts focus to the broader societal landscape and introduces characters who will become pivotal players across the season. It functions as the foundation layer — deepening the world and seeding alliances and conflicts before the narrative accelerates. With ten episodes still ahead, this is the show laying its chess pieces with clear intention.
