Episode one starts by introducing one of our main characters trying to kill the other, this will be a fun show mixing comedy and serious moments in a way Paru Itagaki always nails perfectly. The animation is great and perfectly fits Paru's Style.

Wow, that's one way to start an anime, glad I didn't read anything and went in blind, the animation looks smooth, and I love the main colour theme, the red really does pop. There's so much going on, I actually thought I was watching the wrong episode. MCs look quite interesting.

The first part of this episode was so funny and chaotic without any context. The Santa Claus plot does feel really new and interesting, I cant wait to see what they do with this. Sanda Kazushige and Shiori Fuyumura's friendship seems so chaotic lol. I love the unique art style.

This opener is weird in a good way, the whole setup feels off but that’s what makes it interesting. Sanda’s introduction hits different and the tone feels darker than expected. It’s a bit confusing at first, but it pulls you in fast. Yeah, definitely a watch 👀

I just watched this type of anime, and the character sketches are great. The interactions between Shiori and Sanda are hilarious and funny.

Seeing Sanda turn into a huge santa was really strange. it looked weird but also cool. I did not expect the story to start like this.

Ep 1 starts hilarious! The MC completely misunderstands the girl's intentions lmao. Just when you think it's a romance, boom, action! I thought he died, but he turns into a buff old man (Santa) instead?! He's actually a good guy looking for her friend. Wild start!

Episode 1 of Sanda features striking animation and a dark theme built around violence between children. The conflict between Sanda and Fuyumura drives the episode, while the school setting suggests larger mysteries that may unfold later.

EPISODE CONTEXT

As the first of twelve episodes, this premiere is pure foundation — introducing Sanda and Shiori while establishing the central mystery and the show's unique world. No prior context is needed; this is the entry point. Everything here is setup for the action-mystery throughline that will define the season's trajectory.
