I like the Sakamoto Days series, but this episode exceeded my expectations. The battle between the calm Osaragi and the arrogant Dump was a real treat to watch. It was a brief yet exciting fight in which Osaragi proves she’s an incredibly strong character.

I was excited to watch Shin fight Saw with his new powers, however, Lu came out as a surprise, you guys should see her awakening, lol, and the fight between Osagi and Dump feels intense yet subtle, episode ends with a totally unexpected cliffhanger!!!

Power up is really the most anticipated parts of every anime. I like how alcohol can improve everything really lol. Yu is scary. Osaragi have the unique and I think the heaviest weapon but she carry it with class, lezgo girl, who run the world?...The taxi scene is so satisfying.

Episode 2 starts the Convert Arc. The series's signature creative action is balanced with a surprisingly in-depth examination of loneliness and connection. It’s about the philosophy behind why people initially fight.

Gotta love a fast paced show! Two fights down for these inmates and Osaragi is just handing out the beat down. But it is almost too faced pace, wondering what will happen for the season if by ep 2 half is gone already.

The animation during Osaragi fight is beautiful! Lu’s "mafia" mode switch even though she is drunk adds great comedy- but the ending with Aoi and Minimalist is high-key stressful! Looks worried now😨

Shin's powers evolving mid-fight? Lu going full Mafia Drunk mode? Hyo and Osaragi cleaning up? Osaragi's finish on Dump was cold. Slur's crew targeting Aoi. the ending at the store? not good. 😰

An energetic follow-up that expands on Shin’s abilities in a satisfying way. The teamwork during the fight feels dynamic, and Lu’s sudden shift adds a fun edge. Multiple encounters keep things engaging without losing focus on the main conflict.

Shin & Lu vs Saw steal the show on this episode: new abilities, new techniques. Shin’s new foresight clicks mid-fight, turning panic into precision. Lu goes feral support, while Osaragi’s side battle is pure brutality. Stakes rise fast; this arc isn’t playing around. Watch it!

That's my kind of woman. Shaotang, my girl, that was some kind of character growth. Her drunken ability and also, Shin's new found ability, I'm excited to see them fight more in the future episodes, utilizing each others skill.

Shaotang powered up too, and they really need these upgrades with stronger enemies coming after them. But why leave Aoi alone at the shop when assassins know their location? And now the big question is who’s going to save her?

Hyo cleans up Saw with zero ceremony and Osaragi absolutely DEMOLISHES Dump ORDER is not playing games this arc. And Aoi being in Slur's crosshairs at episode end? Nope. Not her. Protective instincts activate. I recommend watching!

Shin finally gets a proper moment where his ability directly impacts the fight.
The timing of his reactions makes the combat feel sharper and more engaging.
A good step forward for his character.

Shin is the goat. Idk but Shin looks extra handsome in here 😂. This episode is a mixture of action, bit comedy, and intensity. And yo, what's with the 20:23 angle for Lu?!! Love the Osaragi fight scene, The music used was perfect and i luv herrr

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off the high-intensity foundation laid in 'Overload,' this second episode escalates the threat level as the death row inmates become an increasingly dangerous problem for the cast. It builds on the momentum of the season premiere while giving key supporting characters room to flex their abilities. The stage is being set for 'Strong Assault' in episode 3, positioning this as a crucial connective chapter in the early arc of Part 2.
