It made me truly understand the depth of their loss, seeing the Silver Millennium in all its splendor only to know it was completely torn away, and I couldn't help but feel that despair. Realizing that everything they're fighting for now is just a fragmented echo of that perfect home makes the whole war feel so much heavier, almost futile, but still so necessary.
