I really felt for Hiromi, seeing her creative burnout turn into resentment when she looked at Kazuko's drawings, like, who hasn't been there, right? And when they both admitted to using the special pencils early, it was such a sweet moment that totally reminded me how even the best of friends can get a little competitive, but ultimately, they always come back to supporting each other.
