I can't believe Rei would actually use her spiritual powers just to snag some lottery tickets, talk about unfair advantages! But honestly, seeing Usagi all snotty and teary-eyed about not getting a cruise ticket herself was just too good, it totally made the whole elaborate setup worth it for me.
