"Sailor Moon Sailor Stars" introduces a new chapter for Usagi and her friends. With Mamoru away, Usagi adjusts to a changing world, marked by the arrival of the popular idol group, the Three Lights. Simultaneously, a formidable new enemy emerges: Galaxia, a cosmic being with the ambition to rule the galaxy. Her method involves collecting Star Seeds, the essence of life, from various beings.

This season also sees the return of the Outer Senshi, and the emergence of the Sailor Starlights, a group of powerful warriors who also oppose Galaxia. As the conflict escalates, Usagi and her friends must confront this galactic threat, forging new alliances and facing difficult choices in their fight to protect the universe and the precious Star Seeds. The season explores themes of love, loss, and the importance of inner strength.
