Seeing the new Salamander team be that bad was actually ridiculous. Tanya is going to have a rough time training those guys into actual soldiers after they almost got her killed in the first few minutes

I still can't get over Tanya playing the pipe organ while everything burned around her and that manic energy is exactly why the wait for this season felt so long since she looks even more unhinged now

Gila sih, baru episode pertama aja udah langsung dibikin merinding sama Tanya, animasi dan visualnya juga bagus banget bikin adegan perangnya jadi makin seru.

Gak sabar deh pengen liat episode selanjutnya

I am so glad this is finally back and seeing Tanya go absolutely mental on those fighter planes with the type 95 orb was everything I wanted from a season premiere

I was actually surprised by how much better the animation looked during the aerial dogfights compared to the first season, and Tanya single-handedly wiping out those planes to scare her new recruits into line was such a classic move for her. It really sets the tone for how desperate the Empire is getting by throwing these untrained kids into the Salamander unit.

Tanya calling out the military leadership for having zero exit strategy felt so real because the Empire is clearly winning battles but still losing the entire war in the long run

The transition from Tanya playing a pipe organ in a fire to Bell and Hestia waking up in a bedroom was so weird and it felt like two different shows accidentally collided

Watching the nutcracker doll glitch during the propaganda montage was really creepy, it sets the tone for how fractured the empire is getting and now you have to wait until 2026 for more

I enjoyed hearing Tanya use her fake cute voice again to manipulate her new troops because the contrast with her manic dancing in the cathedral is terrifying

It feels like the empire is winning every battle but losing the actual war and the shift to an eastern front with fake Stalin shows how much more dangerous things are getting

I was not ready for that shift to the eastern front at all, but seeing Tanya as a lieutenant colonel trying to avoid war crimes is hilarious and that speech she gave about how war is unfair and everyone just needs to survive really shows how much her mindset has changed and I love her pragmatism

Tanya pointing her rifle right at that angel statue and calling out Being X is a great way to start this new season

The animation for the aerial combat and the way the magic looks is much cleaner now and watching the mages dogfight in the clouds was amazing
