The writing is done well, the more you see of the pastel colors the more you see slice of life. But the undertone is deeper than real estate and you see more of that this episode. Fa's gift to resolve conflict is impressive and her relaxed attuite helps.

The tone shifts nicely when a housing crisis hits. Dealing with the embodiment of death as a client gives the writing room to be surprisingly witty. I still don't care for the overly soft art style, but the dialogue interactions between the cute cast and their terrifying client were great.

In this midseason episode, the story heavily implies that the peace resulting from events that happened before the series started, ultimately come from a great cost on everyone involved. The setting has its own skeletons to hide, but everyone seems to have accepted it and are trying to move on with their lives. There are quite a number of humorous moments this time and a very emotional climax to boot. But I guess this is where everything changes from now on, can't wait to see how that goes.
