Alright writers I was not expecting this! I could understand the Fa storyline, was ready and knew were it was going, not the Kotone one! It truly was a great twist. If this series scraped the 'fan service' element I would love it!

The action this episode makes for a great twist in the series and I love this episode. Fa's ability to speak to everyone is not only a bonus to everyone but it allows for her heart to shine through. The heartache and after math of the war can be felt so well this episode.

The home this episode was truly pretty and I would live there no doubt! The Fa story line could be seen from a mile away but I still really like it. I enjoy the friendship the girls have build with each other.

The Fa line and Kotone's love for her friend is wonderful. I approve of the wholesome nature within this story. And I think the hot spring this episode would be a hit IRL, I would go to any cat business. But the 'fan service' makes me feel uncomfortable. I can't help but remember the girls are 16 and under.

The Fa story line grows stronger! The fun ways that they show homes is great and the different rents and buyers they meet are fun. If only they could stop with the fan service that include young girls.

Fa's unexpected behavior has its benefits! The doors remind me of the Winchester home. The trip back home for Kotone and Fa was a cute story line to add in. The writers did well with the conflict writing between humans and non-humans.

The writing is done well, the more you see of the pastel colors the more you see slice of life. But the undertone is deeper than real estate and you see more of that this episode. Fa's gift to resolve conflict is impressive and her relaxed attuite helps.

A beach episode though I don't think it was done well. A lot of fan service. The under plot this episode was actually well done I do enjoy the darker moments of what might be Fa's truth.

Like that it was an episode that was not just light and sweet. You get the soft pet plot at the beginning and then it starts to move to a more serious side but the conclusion is swift. We also get more backstory for Rufuria and Rakira , overall a solid episode.

We get a bit more information on the characters as well as some world building. The different type of homes and problems that go into an episode are fun to watch. I liked the bit of supernatural that this episode introduced. Also like that the episode might be gearing towards something of beat with Fa.

I love the thought of a demon lord's castle for sale and that they did with is in the show. The problem-solving skill is next level. It would be tough to help non-humans find housing if not for Fa.

Cute slice of life/work place story. The animation is bright and cute with lots of soft colors. Very cutesy with a bit of fan service. Fa and Kotone have a sweet of the bat friendship. If this is something you like watch away.

The writers wrap up the conflict beautifully, I think.. While a pastel slice-of-life fantasy is still completely not my cup of tea, I have to appreciate the writers for landing the plane. The animation and character designs remained aggressively average, but the narrative paid off. If you have moved houses recently, this series will be certainly relatable.

The stakes finally get real when Fa goes missing. The climax builds up well, and the writing pulls the emotional threads together perfectly. I just wish the animation could have stepped up for the heavier action scenes, but it's still a really solid entry. Overall, a good episode.

This was a pretty nice ep. Its where the writing "peaks". They deal with a client who needs a house that won't crumble before her massive lifespan ends. It brings up genuine architectural challenges and proves you don't need top tier animation or edgy designs to tell a thoughtful, well-paced story.

They are one deal away from their monthly goal, which adds a nice layer of workplace stress to that fantasy setting. The client leads to some fun business negotiations. Not my cup of tea usually, but I respect how they handle the corporate elements.

The plot finally starts picking up with the random attacks happening in the background. The quirky gimmick for finding a dream home was a clever narrative device, lol. The writing keeps getting better, making up for the completely average animation quality.

The girls go on a summer vacation. The world-building around magical transportation is actually a cool concept, even if the execution is visually flat. It’s nice to see the writers putting actual thought into how magic affects real estate logistics and travel.

The tone shifts nicely when a housing crisis hits. Dealing with the embodiment of death as a client gives the writing room to be surprisingly witty. I still don't care for the overly soft art style, but the dialogue interactions between the cute cast and their terrifying client were great.

It’s that mandatory summer beach episode. The writing takes a backseat to standard seasonal tropes. Since the character designs and animation are nothing to write home about anyway, there isn't much value here unless you just want some mindless, pastel-colored background noise. Mid ep
