The final matchup against the Suzuridani girls. They all gave it their best in this match, and the result? Go watch it yourself, this match was beautiful.
I think it’s just me, but this episode’s vibe made the color scheme feel much more colorful than the previous episode. This episode was a reflection for both the girls and Subaru.
The intro got me worried about Miho-nee after all. She’s the most cheerful person in the series. This episode also brought the girls to a new place. Definitely a must-watch since it’s basically the semi-final episode.
Introducing a new character in the middle of a beach episode? What a creative way to do it. This was a truly wholesome beach episode between the sisters.
Honestly way more wholesome than I expected . The mix of basketball, awkward comedy and team interactions somehow ended up being really fun to watch overall. Definitely one of those anime that gets more enjoyable as the episodes go on.
Some scenes here honestly felt more emotional than earlier episodes . The team chemistry seriously improved a lot compared to the beginning of the anime. Even the quieter moments still stayed entertaining somehow.
The practice scenes honestly carried this episode . Even smaller conversations between the characters still stayed entertaining because the group chemistry works really well now. The comedy still somehow never feels forced either.
The team interactions honestly felt way more natural here .Watching everyone slowly get more comfortable around each other made several scenes weirdly wholesome. The group chemistry seriously carries this anime hard.
This episode balanced comedy and team moments surprisingly well . Even quieter scenes somehow stay entertaining because of how chaotic the group acts together. Subaru honestly has to deal with way too much sometimes .
The basketball scenes honestly looked really nice here .Even slower conversations between the team members still stayed entertaining because everybody’s personalities bounce off each other well. The wholesome moments here were honestly pretty good too.
Some scenes here were awkward in the funniest way possible . Subaru trying to keep everything organized honestly made the whole episode feel even more chaotic somehow. The comedy here actually landed really well too.
The practice match scenes were actually way more entertaining than I expected . Everybody’s reactions honestly made the basketball moments feel even more fun to watch. The group dynamic seriously works really well now.
The team chemistry honestly carried this episode .Watching everyone slowly improve while still acting chaotic somehow made the quieter scenes more entertaining too. Even the smaller conversations still stay fun to watch.
Some comedy scenes here genuinely caught me off guard . Subaru trying to stay serious while everybody around him acts chaotic honestly made several moments way funnier than expected. The team chemistry keeps improving every episode.
The practice scenes here were honestly pretty wholesome . Everybody on the team reacts differently during drills, so even smaller gym scenes still stay entertaining somehow. The comedy timing actually worked way better than I expected too.
Honestly the pilot was way more entertaining than I expected . Subaru trying to deal with the girls’ chaotic energy while also coaching them already made the episode really fun. The basketball scenes were surprisingly wholesome too, so the first episode honestly hooks you pretty fast.
They made a great decision by including Aoi in this episode. The girls were hit with a reality check here, and Aoi definitely made a better coach figure for them than Subaru . Aside from the fan service, the rest of the episode was great.
This episode had a lot of weird fan service, considering they’re all still in junior high school except Subaru . I’d say this episode is basically your average anime beach episode. You could skip it if you want since there’s nothing important, just pure comedy and fan service.
This is probably the most fun and wholesome episode so far. It reveals that Takenaka was actually onto something all along. He’s not even a bad guy, which makes this episode a really enjoyable dinner watch.
If you understand their age difference, the relationship between Subaru and the girls starts getting weirder. It’s not even a coach-student relationship anymore. Welp, this episode also explains the conflict between Maho and Takenaka, so it’s not recommended to skip it.
