Well this explains where the dungeon guardian was but now I'm curious as to why it went out last episode in the first place 🤔 it's nice to see that Fran is developing her skills nicely tho 😁

Episode Context

Jean Du Vix joins Teacher and Fran for a joint dungeon expedition, and the party's rhythm turns tactical. Jean's practical knowledge steadies the group while Teacher's adaptable abilities and Fran's direct, action-first approach carry the combat. The installment runs on brisk dungeon crawling: undead enemies, skill acquisition, and cooperative problem-solving rather than a standalone detour. The tone starts confident and darkens steadily as the dungeon shows itself shaped by resentment and unfinished history. A threat unlike the ordinary undead around it surfaces, and the unease builds toward a stronger foe. Urushi and other familiar presences round out the party. This is canon progression, not filler or recap, and it trades the season premiere's arrival for active exploration and escalating supernatural dread.
