I just know that character that showed up late is probable a reoccuring character from last season, which sadly I haven't watch. On the other side, we get to see Ouriku's believe, when talking with Okami, which makes me feel eerie from him, but also realized what type of world they're living in. The fightscene is meh, but not that I dislike it, it's just okay for its time.

we have here a situation, we are getting very good and properly animated fight scenes, but at narrative level we are sinking down, and i say this because Ouriku is becoming a "Gary Stu" and honestly that´s something i dont enjoy while watching any kind of series/movies, i keep hope in this changing in future episodes.

Riku is an unbelievable unlikable in the episode. There's a lack of remorse in his actions as he talk about conviction even as the village itself are prospering from his guidance. I would be disappointed if there are no consequences for his actions after this.
