A pretty lighthearted episode, we're seeing all the girls bonding again, talking about relationships mostly. The conversation was brief, but it was great seeing them having a good time for a change. From what way the episode was going, things were finally looking up for the main characters, though that mood soured a bit in the last minutes. Herve's arc is also getting interesting; I wasn't expecting the dynamic between Kate and him to work well here, but it did. A complex, but good episode nonetheless!
I wasn't expecting some of these character interactions to work as well as they did. Instead of forcing drama, the episode lets people slowly understand each other, and it made the emotional side of the story feel even stronger. Really solid character focused episode.
Herve is turning out to be a really interesting character and since he's hanging around one of the girls it seems like we're gonna be seeing more of him.
