Those intercut scenes between WIlhelm and Theresia told such a subtle but emotional story. I could really tell she meant so much to him from those short scenes! It made his strong motivation for vengeance so much more believable and easy to root for at the same time.

The White Whale was absolutely terrifying! From its design to the sound effects of its eye opening, the series does a great job at portraying it as larger than life, especially when comparing it with Wilhelm face-to-face in combat.
