EPISODE REVIEWS

The entire plot revolves around Ray observing the regular peaceful everyday human world from behind a layer of glass whether it's her clinic window, a car screen or the digital wireframes of her own cybernetic eyes. It brilliantly captures of arts. The art direction using low-contrast pale blue filters and rain-heavy background aesthetics matched her internal depression perfectly. I wish they improve more on the animations frame instead.

It's cute how Shinoyama is jealous of Kenji, He really loves Ray so much, He knows what Ray needs and he's ready to give everything. It was beautiful where they went, They all enjoyed themselves.

The pace picks up a bit with this episode, for at least about 5 minutes, tops. Again, Shinoyama might've had a chance to let his character shine, but it doesn't stand out too much for me. His interactions with Ray are just painful to watch, but when it's medical emergency time, things get a lot better.
