This episode was a nice follow-up to the last episode. It proved that the show isn't just going to be an episodic case of the week procedural. It is building a complex dark web of rivalries, philosophies and conspiracies. The tone gets so deliciously gritty in the second half because we start being exposed lot of things. For me the shows starting getting interesting.

Shinoyama and Ray are nice match, Their chemistry is beautiful and thrilling, I hope they become partners, One serious and one funny.

The plot of this episode was a bit infuriating, and Anna was just being a brat throughout. Besides the plot, I'm not really a fan of Shinoyama either; his flirting (if that's what he's trying to do) just lands in the most horrible way possible.The medical jargon is a bit interesting if you're into it, but besides that, nothing really stands out too much for me in this episode.
