The emperor seems a little colder in this episode; his interest in the raven consort is definitely a little too much - since he already said he trusts her, it's a little weird how rudely he pries into her affairs. Just because he pities her wasn't a good enough excuse for me. Anyway, this is what gets a massive lore drop, so I can't really complain too much about it.
This was dialogue heavy as it deep dive into the history and secretes that was kept hidden from ages! So, it might confuse a bit and might not able to understand fully. But the world building and the story telling was good. Pay attention to the subtitles!!!
the history & world building are bit confusing. unsure if it was because of the sub couldn't perfectly capture it, but at least we got to hear more about what happened in the past & with Jujetsu's clan
