EPISODE CONTEXT
Sitting at episode 113 of 161, this filler installment follows the shadow doppelgänger conflict of 'Ranma vs. Shadow Ranma!' and offers a palate cleanser before the series introduces Gosunkugi as a new rival in the next episode. It doesn't advance any ongoing romantic or martial arts storylines but provides additional texture to the Kuno family, whose members remain recurring comedic forces throughout the back half of the series.
