How did they fit gymnastics and martial arts perfectly? That's so fun. 😂 Kodachi's tricks are so hilarious and the audience enthusiasm is the best. As always, the comedy is gold and ridiculous. I had so much fun 😂

This episode was so chaotic and dynamic. Ranma fights in female form against the Black Rose and once again proves she’s a skilled fighter who can overcome any challenge, even when her opponent cheats. Fun episode!

It’s hilarious to see Ranma try to deal with someone who isn’t just trying to fight him, but is actively trying to "claim" him with flowers and smoke bombs. It’s fast, funny, and sets up a very unique kind of rivalry.

Episode Context

Directly follows Episode 6's introduction of Kodachi the Black Rose, escalating her rivalry with Ranma into a full-blown martial arts gymnastics confrontation that serves as the arc's climax. Sitting just past the season's midpoint at episode 7 of 12, this installment resolves the immediate Kodachi conflict while deepening the relationship dynamics, particularly the tangled web between Ranma, Kodachi, and Ryoga, that will carry into the season's back half.
