Now we know what the red demon like thing in ep 3 was and we got to see the mother of Bojji in her youth. I still don't get the intention nor predict the plan of King Bosse. We also got to see what happened to Daida.

The most painful episode of the first half. A sacrifice, and not the epic fantasy kind but the quiet personal kind, anchors everything. The show proves here that it knows how to make consequences feel real and permanent. Hard to watch. yet essential.

We dive more into King Boss's past with revelation of how & why Bojji was born that way. The soundtrack is good as usual, and the story has solid exposition on the flashback. The casts that we assumed were bad are more complex than we thought.

I liked how this episode also focused on side character's thought processes and reasonings. All of them seem to be inherently good, but make mistakes like any other. We also get a surprising turn of fate as something terrible happens with Daida and no one knows.
