EPISODE REVIEWS

This episode slowed down a bit and focused more on the boys getting closer. I liked seeing them start to trust each other and feel more like a real group. It wasn't as intense as the first episode, but it did a good job building things up. I'm curious to see where their bond goes from here.

This episode was shocking and tragic. The picture painted of life outside for everyone was very bleak, and the imagery was very provocative. It was perhaps too soon for such an emotionally heavy episode, as some of it fell flat without an established picture of each character.

The cruelty of this place is sickening, but the brotherhood forming is beautiful. Anchan is already cementing himself as one of the best mentors in anime. The emotional weight here is off the charts.
