Wait the artstyle of the segment before the intro was rlly nice. The little soccer segment poking fun at sports anime was fun. Main segment was pretty funny tho the references were lost on me tbh.
Was the beginning a diss aimed at Studio Ghibli? We won't tolerate something like that in this house. (Just my speculation.) The entire episode is dominated by a funny parody of "Case Closed." And it really didn't bother me at all. Was that the original voice actor for Inspector Megure? I googled him, and it sure was. Awesome!
Episode 10 displays strong self-awareness, skillfully employing the leading figures of the anime world to craft a joke that operates on three tiers of meta‑humor. It showcases several of the most renowned anime voice actors, turning a typical murder‑mystery parody into an iconic in‑joke.
