Coming off the adventure-heavy 'A Test in Paradise!' where Ash and Goh bonded with Dragonite on an island excursion, Episode 11 deliberately downshifts to develop Chloe, a character who's been largely on the periphery through the early stretch of this 136-episode series. It reinforces Journeys' broader theme that personal growth and trainer-Pokémon relationships take many forms, directly laying groundwork for 'Flash of the Titans!' and the series' continued exploration of each character finding their own path.
