Episode Context

Coming off Episode 68's pivot into new adventures, this episode establishes the Kitakami Village locale and introduces Carmine, both of which become important in the episodes that follow. While the body-swap storyline is largely standalone, the setting and new character introductions lay groundwork for deeper regional mysteries ahead. It functions as a narrative bridge, lighthearted in execution but strategically positioning the Rising Volt Tacklers for the next phase of their journey.
