You could really see that Roy found a rhythm through singing to motivate Fuecoco and it was a weird but effective way to get that ember to hit the Rhyhorn

Missing Liko's solo battle against Golduck totally left me feeling a little robbed, honestly. I was really looking forward to seeing her strategize and prove herself without anyone else stepping in, so it's a shame we didn't get to witness her growth firsthand.

Roy singing to Fuecoco was the most wholesome thing I have seen in a long time and that little fire croc finally landed a decent ember

Amethio and Friede fighting in the air again is cool but I want to see the other crew members do more since Friede always seems to be doing the heavy lifting by himself

It is a bit weird how the Explorers just stand there and let Roy finish his whole singing routine before they attack again, but the community dinner scene made up for things when it felt a bit slow. Seeing the village pokemon pouring tea and helping out with the chores really grounded the episode, and it made the island feel like a living place before the chaos started

Roy standing his ground against that Rhyhorn and refusing to let Fuecoco get bullied made me so happy. The way they found their rhythm together while chanting was such a sweet moment

Roy catching Fuecoco after that rock blast hit them was such a great way to show their bond. He really cares about that little fire croc and it showed in how they fought together

When all those Pokémon started popping out of the forest to help fix the Brave Olivine with String Shot, I couldn't help but smile, it just felt so classic Pokémon to see everyone band together like that. It really warmed my heart to see Liko and the others get such unexpected help.

I was really into the vibe of Roy and Fuecoco finally getting their act together, even if the singing part was a little bit cheesy for some people. It felt personal to them and their energy was great. My only real complaint is Liko winning her fight off-screen because she deserved to have that moment shown instead of just mentioned later

Fuecoco harmonizing with Roy to get that Ember started was so sweet; I mean, who else even thinks to do that? It just felt like such a genuinely *them* way to connect, and watching them figure out their rhythm together really made me grin.

Roy singing to Fuecoco to get that Ember going was such a weird but cute way to bond and I love how they are building their partnership through music

The way Roy caught Fuecoco after it got hit by that Rhyhorn was sweet, and the whole sequence of them finding their rhythm together felt like a proper pokémon moment

The way the pendant started glowing right as Amethio was about to grab Liko was intense and the true power hidden in that thing is still a massive mystery

Roy's grandpa scolding him and then immediately giving everyone snacks was a classic old man move and I liked how he helped out with the ship repair plan

The Explorers are actually scary because they just show up and start blasting everything and they do not feel like a joke at all compared to the older villains

When the camera panned over to all those Pokémon in the village, just doing their thing, helping with food and tea without even being in Pokéballs, I couldn't help but smile. It's really neat to see this side of their lives, and it makes me wonder if this whole region has a different philosophy about how humans and Pokémon live together.

I am kind of annoyed that we did not actually see Liko beat that Golduck because that was her first big win and skipping it feels like a huge missed opportunity for her character

Watching the Caterpie and Weedle use their string shot to fix the ship was a great touch and it makes the world feel so much more alive when they use moves for things besides fighting

When Amethio lunged at Liko and her pendant started glowing bright green, my jaw seriously dropped! I can't believe they left us hanging like that, and now I'm absolutely dying to find out what kind of awesome power that mysterious light has to save her.

Quaxly seriously lives the high life, doesn't he? When they showed him just lounging in that luxury ball, disco ball and all, I totally cracked up – what a mood! It makes me think about what kind of setups all my other Pokémon might have in their balls, like a mini library for Alakazam or something.
