Episode Context

This episode follows directly from the revelations in 'Reunion at the Ancient Castle!', where Liko gained critical knowledge about her pendant Pokémon, and channels that discovery into immediate high-stakes conflict. Sitting at the midpoint of the season, it serves as a pivotal escalation point that transforms earlier mysteries into urgent action. The confrontation here sets the stage for 'Terapagos's Adventure', making it a connective episode that bridges revelation with consequence.
