The lore about Lucius and his six heroes is getting so deep and seeing Terapagos in those old books makes the mystery of its true form even more interesting

I was so happy to see the wild Pokémon just chill in Diana's castle like it's a sanctuary and Liko's grandmother is definitely an absolute boss

Sango and her Glalie appearing right at the end made the cliffhanger feel much more dangerous, especially since Diana just finished explaining how important Terapagos really is to their history

Liko carrying her entire team around like a backpack is adorable and Sprigatito being jealous of Terapagos made me laugh so much

Amethio showing that footage to Hamber really raised the stakes and now we have Onyx and Sango closing in on the castle while everyone is just starting to relax

Finding out the pendant was a dormant Terapagos all along explains so much about why the Explorers have been chasing Liko since the very beginning of the series

Having Diana use Arcanine and Squawkabilly to lead them through the woods was a cool way to meet her and she seems way more capable than your average grandma

Whoa, Diana living in a massive, ancient castle that's practically a Pokémon sanctuary totally blew my mind; I just can't imagine what kind of history is hidden in those walls. Her dropping all that Lucius lore really made me connect the dots about his past adventures, but man, seeing Hamber and the new Explorers pop up at the end makes me so nervous for what's coming next since they're so isolated.

whoa, the pendant being Terapagos from Lucius's ancient legends? that reveal completely blew my mind! I was totally convinced it was just some cool jewelry, so seeing it transform was an awesome payoff after all those episodes of mystery.

Amethio showing that footage to Hamber really upped the stakes and now we have Coral and Sidian joining the hunt which makes the Rising Volt Tacklers look like they are in trouble

Seeing Sprigatito get all grumpy and jealous of Terapagos was the cutest thing ever and that cat really has so much personality when it acts like a total brat

I was stressing out when they were escaping with those memoirs and knowing the Explorers are still right on their tails makes the wait for next week suck

Having Coral and Sidian join the attack made the fight at the castle feel way more intense and the pressure on Liko and Roy to escape was real

I was laughing so hard at Sprigatito getting jealous of Terapagos and the way it was acting out made the whole castle segment way better

That ancient record about the massive shell of Terapagos raises so many questions about how powerful this little guy actually gets when he wakes up for real

I really did not expect Diana to be this cool when she finally showed up, plus her castle setup with the Stonjourner door was such a clever use of pokemon. It feels like the mystery is actually going somewhere now that we know about Terapagos and Lucius, though I'm worried about the Explorers catching them at the very end like that

Friede looked so happy seeing a new pokemon for the first time and his energy is always great even when the Explorers are literally at the front gate

The pendant being Terapagos this whole time is actually insane and seeing it finally wake up felt so big for the plot
levi_lance's avatar

Using wild pokemon as part of the castle security was the best part of the whole episode and it makes the setting feel so much more alive

Having an Arcanine makes Diana the coolest grandma in the series, plus the lore about Terapagos being the companion of Lucius really ties the whole plot together before the Explorers show up

EPISODE CONTEXT

Coming off the high-stakes Galarian Moltres encounter in Episode 23, this episode downshifts into lore and discovery, using Diana's knowledge to pull back layers on the pendant mystery that has been building since the series premiere. It serves as a crucial connective chapter, translating recent action into narrative momentum by establishing the ancient legends that will fuel the Rising Volt Tacklers' journey going forward. The groundwork laid here directly sets up the team's continued pursuit of answers in the episodes that follow.
