It was so cool seeing the rematch with Iono, and Dot proving she has the spirit to win even when Bellibolt was spamming Slack Off and Mud Shot

Having all three Paldean starters in their final forms is so satisfying and Dot really earned that win against Iono after everything she went through

Episode Context

Coming off Episode 127's broader group-training push as the Rising Volt Tacklers prepare for the 18 Tera Types mission, this episode zooms in on Dot specifically, giving her personal preparation its own dedicated chapter. It sits at a reflective pause before Episode 129 escalates the stakes with the Black Rayquaza confrontation, making it a meaningful character beat between two higher-tension moments.
