Episode Context

This episode follows directly from the group's arrival at the Terarium Dome, where structured training has begun in earnest. It narrows the lens onto Ult's personal development, establishing his overconfidence as a hurdle that will likely inform his trajectory in upcoming episodes. The dynamics between Ult and Lacey set up here feed into the broader pattern of character evolution and deepening trainer relationships that define this stretch of the series.
