I think it was smart to let the kids lose, because they needed a wake up call and going to Blueberry Academy makes sense now that they know they are not ready yet

Episode Context

Episode 111 serves as the climactic escalation following Episode 110, 'The Six Heroes Bare Their Fangs,' where the rampage of the Super Strong Sphere-corrupted Pokémon began in earnest. This installment pushes that conflict to its breaking point, demanding everything from Liko and her allies. It directly sets the stage for Episode 112, 'Roy: Training,' which shifts focus to character development and preparation, suggesting the dust settles here but the war is far from over.
