I have been waiting for Liko to catch that Charcadet since the first time we saw it in the ruins, so seeing her finally throw the ball felt like such a massive win for her character. The episode had way too much going on with the Penny battle and the coin hunting, but Liko getting a new partner made it all worth it

I am honestly still reeling from the catch and it feels like the writers finally heard us because Liko needed another heavy hitter on her team and a future Armarouge fighting Amethio is going to be such a massive setup for the rivalry plus the way it just accepted her as its trainer after that battle in the ruins was perfect
