This anime is fascinating! Instead of focusing on pure action, it focuses more on storytelling while emphasizing mysteries. As we get to know more characters, the more our curiosity grows.

I'm extremely invested in this anime. I love the strong start and strong finish to the episode. Ofc it's quite dark with heavy themes, but I appreciate this episode not being so dialogue-heavy. The mystery surrounding the killer is something I cannot wait to uncover!

what an amazing episode.
great plot, immersive to say the least.
with an emotional roller coaster ride at that.
mystery thickens as the identity of the assailant and his reasons are still unknown.
heroes are targeted at each episode I guess, all the more reason to be hooked.

I didn’t notice the small breadcrumbs ‘til I rewatched it, barely guessed the plot or figured out ‘whodunnit’. That's how complex the story is, but the fact that the creators were able to nail such an amazing story out of such complex plot just proves they are geniuses. Solid 10!

Gesicht recruits Atom, a battle-tested peace robot, to investigate the murders; Atom excels at crime scenes. He traces family man Brando in Persia, killed by Pluto's eerie eyes in a sandstorm—arms twisted into horns. Another mystery into Brando's murder deepens.

Things got even more tense as Gesicht started his investigation. The mystery of who/what is murdering both robots and humans is a total hook.

This episode was a bit slower but still interesting. Seeing Atom act like a normal kid was nice. The mystery about the robot cases keeps growing. It made me curious about what will happen next.

This episode doesn't hit quite as hard as the North No. 2 segment from Episode 1 (which was a 10/10), but it's still peak storytelling, Production values remain INSANE.

This episode shows how much deeper the story really is. Although we were given a glimpse of the enemy and it seemed like Brando had already finished it, that wasn’t actually the case. The story makes you eager to know more. The storytelling and execution are both beautifully done.

The mystery continues as Monte Blanc's friends seem to be next in line as targets. While the use of 3d in this episode sticks out a bit like a sore thumb, it doesn't diminish the strength of the story. A revelation is shown about the mysterious killer which keeps you guessing.

An absolute emotional roller coaster! We dive deeper into the mystery of the "Bora Fact-Finding Mission" and meet more of the "legendary" robots. The way it explores robot families and human-like emotions is just beautiful yet tragic. That ending was total chills🥶. The tension is real!!

The investigation deepens and the story starts revealing how massive this mystery really is. Pluto shines in its world-building and emotional writing. Every new clue adds tension and makes the stakes feel bigger than expected.

EPISODE CONTEXT

Episode 1 established the murders and Gesicht's role as investigator; Episode 2 escalates by widening the lens, pulling Atom into the case and deepening the connections between the seven great robots targeted by the killer. As episode 2 of 8, this is foundational groundwork—laying critical character dynamics and thematic stakes that the remaining six episodes will build upon. It functions as a bridge between the inciting mystery and the deeper conspiracies ahead.
