You copy? We copy! This is a nice ep focused on the no-nonsense crew leader Fee. The half-section gang gossiping about her and completely misunderstanding the situation is so cliched, yet funny 🤣 Very cool and wholesome episode.

Episode 7 really was the turning point for this anime. The show's finally developing the other characters; I've been waiting for Fee's and I'm really delighted with her arc. This is still a pretty silly episode, but there's good commentary on the political side of business.

Episode Context

Coming off the more introspective Episode 7, where Hachimaki's lunar recovery introduced a change of scenery and new faces, Episode 8 returns squarely to the Debris Section and its group dynamics, refocusing energy on Fee and the team's fragile cohesion. Sitting roughly a third of the way through the 26-episode run, this installment deepens the workplace relationships that will become critical as larger narrative stakes emerge. It directly sets the stage for Episode 9, 'Regrets,' which brings Hachimaki's former instructor into focus and pivots toward themes of mentorship and unresolved history.
