What an INTERESTING PILOT EPISODE! I think this is one of the best Samurai pilot episodes that I have ever watched in an anime! The visuals hold up pretty well, and our MC is going to have a best and interesting shonen journey!🤩
Un episodio que se centra en mostrarnos a los personajes y la atmosfera de la época en la que está basada este anime. Es fácil empatizar con el protagonista debido al contraste que hace el anime de sus motivaciones originadas por un pasada traumatico y su carácter a veces más infantil y simpático. Aunque lo negativo fue que ese contraste pasó bruscamente de un momento a otro, agregándole más comedia. Entonces habrá que ver si la premisa de este anime es más seria o si lo combina con una comedia excesiva.
This was a serviceable first episode, introducing us to each character in a memorable way. The pacing was a bit frantic, and certain information was very tell-don't-show, but it wasn't a bad start. Animation is very 2003, but not in a bad way.
